What is Pixii Academy?
Pixii Academy is our online training platform where you can learn to master the latest in Pixii's modular Battery Energy Storage System technologies and industry best practices. Whether you are new to the field or an experienced professional seeking to deepen your expertise, Pixii Academy has a training waiting for you.
As a participant, you'll gain exclusive access to our training materials on the Pixii Academy portal. Start with the fundamentals with "Tier 1 - Installation and component replacement" and upgrade your knowledge with the "Tier 2 - Commissioning of up to 5 systems" training.
The Tier 1 and Tier 2 courses, which are entirely online, consist of a mix of short videos and text-based lessons. You have the flexibility to start the course whenever you wish, pause, and resume at your own pace. There is no time limit, and your progress will be saved if you decide to take a break and continue another day. Upon completion of the course and passing the exam, you will be awarded a Pixii certificate.

Certification
With the launch of
the Pixii Academy platform,
we are introducing certification for installers and distributors who want to work on our systems. This certification ensures that our systems are handled correctly and
guarantees quality towards our end users.
Once you obtain your certificate from Pixii Academy, it will be valid for one year. Since we are continually improving both our courses and products, you will need to renew your certificate by repurchasing access to the platform and follow the updated courses. This makes sure you remain informed about our latest developments and continue to provide quality service to our end users.

Our first two published courses are designed to gradually build up knowledge about the PowerShaper2 system. A summary of the content of each course is described below:

Tier 3 - Advanced commissioning, annual maintenance, operation and troubleshooting (on-site course)
Tier 3 - Advanced commissioning, annual maintenance, operation and troubleshooting is a on-site course hosted by the Pixii Customer Success team. The training spans three days and will give you in depth knowledge about the PowerShaper family systems (ID, OD, XL/XLP), including installation of large sites, commissioning of complex systems, operation and troubleshooting and annual maintenance. The trainings are held at our premises in Slovakia, Germany and Norway.
Tier 3 - Advanced commissioning, annual maintenance, operation and troubleshooting is a on-site course hosted by the Pixii Customer Success team. Pricing
After purchasing the course(s) of your choice, you will have unlimited access to the portal for a full year. Pixii is committed to continuously improving and expanding the content within its modules, which may lead to changes in the pricing in the future. However, by enrolling today, you will have access to all future content additions within the year of purchase.

PowerShaper Outdoor - Online certification
The Tier 1 - PowerShaper Outdoor Installation course provides comprehensive training on all essential procedures for installing a PowerShaper Outdoor system. Topics covered include safe cabinet handling, detailed electrical installation protocols, and component replacement techniques.

Join our Pixii Home residential BESS training and get certified to install Pixii Home systems. The certification is mandatory for all installers and is required to offer our extended product warranty, as well as access to the Pixii Installer app.
