A certificate is required to carry out any work on PowerShaper systems:

Tier 1 - PowerShaper Outdoor Installation
Allows for installation of PowerShaper systems

After passing the course your certificate is registered in our network of certified partners (installers and distributors).

Tier 1 - PowerShaper Installation (online course)

Tier 1 - PowerShaper Installation is an online self study course targeted towards installers looking to become certified Pixii installers.

A Tier 1 certificate is required to carry out installations of Pixii PowerShaper systems.

  • Physical installation steps
  • Component replacement
  • Final exam and certification

Tier 2 - Commissioning of up to 5 Cabinet Systems (online course)

Tier 2 - Commissioning of up to 5 Cabinet Systems is an online self study course mainly targeted towards distributors of Pixii systems who are looking to carry out commissioning of an installation independently (with a maximum of 5 cabinets). This course will give you the necessary guidance to be able to navigate the web interface and carry out a setup of PowerShaper systems.

A Tier 2 certificate is required for carrying out commissioning and configuration of system services, as well as online maintenance of PowerShaper.

Agenda:

  • Introduction of PixiiOS web interface
  • Web interface dashboard
  • User configuration
  • Firmware updates of PixiiBoxes and Gateway control unit
  • Explanation of various system menus
  • Setup of system communication
  • Battery settings and configuration
  • System configuration
  • Service configuration

Tier 3 - Advanced commissioning, annual maintenance, operation and troubleshooting

Tier 3 - Advanced commissioning, annual maintenance, operation and troubleshooting is a on-site course hosted by the Pixii Customer Success team. The training spans three days and will give you in depth knowledge about the PowerShaper family systems (ID, OD, XL/XLP), including installation of large sites, commissioning of complex systems, operation and troubleshooting and annual maintenance. The trainings are held at our premises in Slovakia, Germany and Norway.

Tier 3 Trainings are mandatory for installation, operation and annual maintenance of large scale sites (5+ cabinets).
